Bank of America Plaza is a 55-story, 1.3 million square foot office building that stands at the pinnacle of the Atlanta skyline and serves as the anchor between Midtown and Downtown. Designed by renowned architectural firm, Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates, the building is a modern interpretation of art deco with an enduring iconic stature. The building’s column-free interior allows for efficiency and flexibility and spectacular views in all directions, and floor sizes range from 20,000-25,000 square feet to accommodate both traditional and creative user space design.

 

 

Bank of America Plaza is located on the south end of the Midtown submarket on Peachtree Street with exceptional transit access: North Avenue MARTA rail station is adjacent to the property and there is immediate north and south vehicular access to Interstates 75 and 85, the primary north/south roadway through the spine of Atlanta. The surrounding neighborhood has evolved as the country’s destination for modern, urban living. Midtown is home to 25 arts & culture venues, 11 miles of bike facilities and over 300 acres of green space. The Georgia Dome, the new Atlanta Falcons Stadium, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, and Georgia Institute of Technology are all within close proximity.

The 4,000-square foot conference center is located in the West Wing Gallery.  The conference center consists of three meeting rooms:  a large ballroom that seats up to 250 and two boardrooms - one that seats 30 and the other seats 10.  The center is currently under renovation and will be completed later this year.

 

Full service catering, audio visual equipment, and conference arrangements are available to make your meeting a success.
